Jeffrey Carroll, DO is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in minimally invasive hip, knee, and shoulder surgery as well as fracture care and other acute orthopedic traumas. Dr. Carroll attended medical school at Michigan State University, where he received his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree. He then completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at MSU’s McLaren Macomb Regional Medical Center, where he served as chief resident his senior year and is currently a clinical professor.
Dr. Carroll is recognized as a leader in his field. He has written articles on partial and total knee replacement, and he speaks regularly at Grosse Pointe Beaumont and St. John Hospital on knee, hip, and shoulder surgery.
Dr. Carroll is board certified through the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery and a member of the American Osteopathic Association.

Dr. Troy R. “Keoni” Williams is a Board Certified Orthopedic Hand Surgeon, specializing in the surgical
and nonsurgical treatments of the hand, wrist, and elbow. He also holds a Certificate of Added Qualification
in Surgery of the Hand from the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
Dr. Williams graduated from the University of Michigan obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science, with a concentration in Cellular and Molecular Biology. He obtained his medical degree from the Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed his orthopedic surgical residency at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. Dr. Williams then completed additional comprehensive hand and wrist training
at the Combined Tufts/New England Baptist Hospital Hand Surgery Fellowship in Boston.
Dr. Keoni Williams is a compassionate surgeon who strives to achieve the best outcomes for his patients. He is experienced in his area of expertise having practiced for 10 years with the Michigan Surgery Specialists of Warren and at the Detroit Medical Center. Dr. Williams has published articles including finger
deformity in rheumatoid arthritis and lectured on several hand and topics.
He has privileges at McLaren Macomb, Beaumont, and Ascension Hospitals.
Dr. Keoni Williams and his family are native to the Metro Detroit area and are multi-sports enthusiasts.
Sebastian Benenati, DPM is a board-certified podiatrist with his scope of practice including pediatric care to geriatric care, with an emphasis on forefoot surgery. After graduating from University of Detroit Mercy, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Dr. Benenati attended Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, where he received his doctor in podiatric medicine degree as well as his bachelor’s degree in biology. He then received postgraduate training with the southern division of the Michigan Podiatric Medical Association, where he completed his preceptorship in podiatric medicine and surgery.
Dr. Benenati is on staff at Ascension St. John Hospital & Medical Center, Beaumont Hospital Grosse Pointe, Henry Ford Lakeside Outpatient Center as well as Premier Surgical Center. He also has a private practice in Roseville.
Dr. Benenati was recognized in Detroit Hour Magazine as Top Doc, elected by his peers. He is an adjunct clinical professor at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and has trained podiatric residents at Ascension St. John Hospital & Medical Center. His hobbies include flying, racing horses, hunting, fishing and scuba diving.
Ashley Bowden, NP is an ANCC Nationally Accredited Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. She completed both her undergraduate and graduate degree programs at Oakland University. Ashley started out her nursing career in the ICU at McLaren Macomb and after completion of her Master's program in 2013, worked in a Family Practice office for a year before joining Dr.Carroll’s practice in 2014. She has experience in critical care, fracture care, wound care management, suturing and assisting during surgical procedures, giving injections, and monitoring and treating patients pre- and post-surgery. Nurse Practitioners provide much of the same care as physicians. They are qualified to diagnose medical problems, order and interpret diagnostic testing, perform physical exams, prescribe medications and physical therapy, perform minor procedures/injections in the office, and make referrals for a wide variety of health conditions.Ashley is a member of the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners and is a Level 1 TPI certified golf swing analyst. She is BLS and ACLS certified and enjoys staying up to date on the most current practice recommendations by frequently attending continuing education courses. During her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, crafting/scrapbooking/knitting, working out, and reading fiction books.
Jeffrey Mundt, NP is an AANP Nationally Accredited Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. Jeff attended Madonna University, where he received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees in nursing. He is currently a member of the Michigan Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and certified in basic life support.
Jeff has extensive experience in healthcare education and training. For many years, Jeff was a nursing instructor at Macomb Community College as well as an EKG/telemetry instructor for critical care area employees. Currently, he serves the orthopedic department at the VA Medical Center in Detroit, with surgical and clinical duties, including teaching advanced cardiac life support and rapid response. He is also a nurse practitioner preceptor at Wayne State University and a student preceptor for advanced practice registered nurse programs at Wayne State University and University of Detroit Mercy.
Jeff is well regarded in his field, earning numerous accolades for his quality of care. He was recognized by the Michigan Primary Care Association as Clinician of the Year and by the Detroit Medical Center as Employee of the Month. The VA Medical Center honored him with the Nursing Excellence Award, Nurse Practitioner Award, and Member of the Month Award. He also received the Patient Education Award of Excellence, Advantage Family Health Employee Award, Julienne Hoff Scholarship Award, and Richard C. Connelly, MD Education Award.
During his spare time, Jeff enjoys weight lifting, backpacking, and outdoor water sports such canoeing and kayaking.
Rosanne Wilkinson, PA-C is a certified physician assistant. She received her bachelor’s degree in health and physical education/athletic training at Western Michigan University in 1992. Rosanne was employed as a certified athletic trainer for Henry Ford Athletic Medicine, where she served as the head athletic trainer for Marian High School and treated outpatient orthopedic patients as well as professional athletes from the Detroit Lions, Tigers, and Red Wings.
In 1999, Rosanne received her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Detroit Mercy, where she later served as an adjunct faculty member. She was hired as the first physician assistant at St. John Hospital in the emergency department. She then moved to the inpatient orthopedic department and worked there for 16 years. Rosanne joined Movement Orthopedics in 2017, where she is currently contingent in the orthopedic urgent care.
Rosanne enjoys exercising and teaching others how to live a healthy lifestyle, as she is also a health and fitness coach. Rosanne is happily married to her husband, Scott, of 18 years. They have 3 beautiful children, Nicholas (14), Jillian (12), and Jacob (11), who are very active in travel hockey, soccer, and volleyball. They also have 2 dogs, Harley and Coco.
Adam Puszczewicz, PT, DPT, AT/L, OMPT is a physical therapist. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in exercise science and physical education with an emphasis on athletic training from Adrian College, Adam attended Oakland University where he received his doctor of physical therapy degree in 2010 and his Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy certification in 2015.
Adam is also Astym certified, TPI Level 1 certified, and Functional Dry Needling Level 1 & 2 certified. He has experience working with athletes and work hardening, as well as with neck and lower back pain. His spare time is spent with his 1 and 3 year old children.
Jodi Fischer, MPT is a physical therapist. Jodi attended Oakland University, where she received a master’s degree in physical therapy. Her training emphasizes manual therapy for soft tissue, joint and spinal intervention. Additionally, she has completed continuing education in headache management.
Jodi has two decades of experience in the orthopedic setting. She is certified in RockTape and RockBlades, which is an instrument assisted system for soft tissue mobilization (IASTM). Jodi’s hobbies include gardening, being outside, crafting and attending sporting events - her favorite professional team is the Detroit Tigers.
